Service Description: The purpose of the Section 319 Small Watersheds Focus Program is to support small watersheds for up to 16 years to increase the likelihood that the desired water quality change occurs and to demonstrate the success possible with a small scale approach. The scope of the program involves ten small watersheds in each of four years for a total of 40 watersheds that will be prioritized for implementation funding of BMPs and other actions that will achieve the water quality goals of each watershed. The primary audience is the LGUs and staff and partners with its use as the roadmap for watershed implementation and adaptive management to achieve WQ goals.
